A Re-design
A Re-design is for an occupied property and is a Do-it-Yourself project. We provide a checklist for the outside and every room of your house to prepare it for sale. After a brief education about the philosophy of staging, we go through your house one room at a time together. I fill out a worksheet for each room listing what to keep, remove, and any necessary purchases to make. You will keep the checklist and the worksheets to refer to as you re-design your house. The cost for a Re-design begins at $250.00 and depends on size of house and scale of the project.
